A staff of customer service representatives is provided for each builder that will schedule inspections and repairs and keep the builder informed on the status of the work. Our trained service technicians are dedicated to investigating and solving any problems that may come up with our flooring products. We will work with the homeowner to be sure that they are satisfied.

Whether the problem is a manufacturer defect, installation related, or third party damage, we try to resolve it for you quickly and efficiently.
